Information we disclose
USA Discounters does not disclose nonpublic personal information about you to any companies that are not members of our corporate family (“third parties”), except as permitted by federal law, specifically Title V of the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act of 1999. The confidentiality of your nonpublic personal information will continue to be maintained consistent with this privacy notice even if you decide to close your account(s), your account becomes inactive, or when you otherwise cease to do business with us.
USA Discounters works with a variety of third parties to bring you financial services. We disclose information about you as necessary to fulfill these third party service agreements. For example, we may disclose information about you to third parties that assist us in servicing or maintaining your account or to third parties to whom we may assign your account. We may also disclose information about you to governmental entities, such as sending annual income statements to the IRS, and to other third parties such as credit bureaus, or in response to subpoenas.

Your request not to share credit information does not include information we are permitted to share by law, such as information related solely to our experiences or transactions with you. Contest Rules and Eligibility Requirements
Eligibility Requirements: This promotion is offered to anyone of legal contract age, (Participant). No purchase necessary. A purchase will not increase chances. Need not be present to win. One prize will be awarded to one winner from nationwide entries received. Participant must be a U.S. citizen. Odds of winning are determined by the number of entries received. Employees of USA Discounters and their families are not eligible to win. Only one promotional offer will be honored per household, family or transaction. No photo-copies will be accepted. This offer is non-transferable and appropriate identification of each participant will be required. Any taxes associated with the prize will be the responsibility of the winner. All prizes have no cash value. No substitutions. All entries become property of USA Discounters and will not be returned. A random drawing will be held on or about May1, 2013 from among all eligible entries received. Entrants need not be present to win. Winner will be selected via random drawing by a third party not affiliated with USA Discounters, its affiliates and/or subsidiaries whose decision is final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. The potential winner will be notified either by email and/or phone within seven (7) days of the drawing. After being notified, the potential winner must respond within (15) days of notification or an alternate recipient will be selected. Any award not claimed within (30) days after notice will be forfeited at USA Discounters’ discretion. If any potential winner is found to be ineligible, or if he or she has not complied with these Official Rules or declines a prize for any reason prior to award, such potential winner will be disqualified and an alternate potential winner may be selected. The potential winner will be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and liability release and where legal, a publicity release, and Federal and State tax release, and return same, properly executed, via overnight mail, within fourteen (14) days of issuance of notification. GOVERNING LAW/JURISDICTION: The Sweepstakes and these Official Rules are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the substantive laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia (as distinguished from the choice of law rules) and the United States of America applicable to contracts made and performed entirely in Virginia and where the relevant contacts are with such state. Except where prohibited, as a condition of participating in this Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, the prize awarded, or the determination of the winner shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action. Either party may enforce a final arbitration award in any court of competent jurisdiction in Virginia Beach City County, including an award of costs, fees and expenses incurred in enforcing the award. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Licensor shall be entitled to seek injunctive relief (unless otherwise precluded by any other provision of these Official Rules) in the state and federal courts of Virginia. Any dispute or portion thereof, or any claim for a particular form of relief (not otherwise precluded by any other provision of these Official Rules), that may not be arbitrated pursuant to applicable state or federal law may be heard only in a court of competent jurisdiction in Virginia Beach.

* Other Lawful or Required Purposes: This category includes a variety of permissible sharing situations, such as when you request or consent to have information shared, or when we share information with our auditors, attorneys or accountants, government regulators, in response to subpoenas, and other circumstances where sharing information is permitted or required by law.

third party opt-out and why do some financial institutions offer this opt-out to their customers when USA Discounters does not offer it?
Did you notice the box checked at the top of our privacy notice? USA Discounters believes your privacy is so important that we have effectively opted out for you. You may receive notices from other financial institutions with whom you do business that include a third party information sharing opt-out provision. USA Discounters is not required to provide you with a third party information sharing opt-out choice because we already restrict our information sharing practices to those allowed by law and discussed above in question five. In other words, our sharing practices are more conservative than those of institutions that must provide their customers with third party opt-out.
